Credit terms

Each photo-to-brick model uses 10 credits, taken when the model starts. If a model fails, its 10 credits are refunded automatically.

Each finished model includes 1 free full re-run with the same photo. Trying a failed model again uses 10 credits, which are refunded if that try fails too.

Each model is generated by AI and costs us to make, so we don't refund credits or money for a model because you don't like how it turned out. That's what the free re-run is for: every finished model includes 1 free full re-run with the same photo.

We give refunds in two cases only:

• A failed model. If a model fails to finish, its 10 credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask. Failed models are refunded in credits, not money.
• An accidental duplicate purchase. If you bought the same pack or gift twice by mistake, email support@snaptobrick.com within 14 days with the email on your account. We refund the extra purchase to your card, as long as its credits haven't been used (or, for a gift, its code hasn't been redeemed). The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Apart from these two cases, purchased credits and gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. They never expire, so you can use them any time. Free credits, rewards and referral credits have no cash value. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

New accounts start with 30 free credits (3 models).

Prices are in US dollars. Promo codes are entered on the checkout page, and each code has its own limits, such as first purchase only.

Credits never expire. When a model changed from 1 credit to 10 credits, balances earned before the change were kept as they were. Beta testers keep the never-expire promise they were given.

Each approved photo of a build you printed earns 10 credits, once per build, for up to 3 builds.

Sharing your print earns 10 credits per build, for up to 3 builds. A build counts once it is public and has an approved photo of the real print. Making a build private and public again doesn't earn it twice.

A friend who signs up with your link gets 30 extra credits. You get 30 credits after their first purchase. A referral code works only for a new account, within 7 days of signing up, and once per account. You can't refer yourself.

A “Give a Brick” gift card is one or more credit packs bought for someone else. The recipient gets a code by email, and the credits are added to whichever account redeems it. Each code works once, and its credits never expire. Buy or redeem a gift.
