Enter the OTP, you receive via SMS/EMAIL on your registered mobile number/email.

Enter your monthly income.

Upload a passport size photograph.

Enter your PAN card details.

Upload a scanned copy of the PAN Card.

Enter the contact details.

Enter bank details.

Submit and confirm the application.

MHADA LOTTERY 2020 UNITS PRICING

EWS flats – Up to Rs 20 lacs

LIG flats – Between 20-30 lacs

MIG flats – Between 30-60 lacs

HIG flats – From 60 lacs and above

 

Eligibility Under MHADA Lottery

Applicant to be above 18yrs age.

Cannot apply in the name of a child.

Domicile certificate mandatory.

LIG flats can be applied if monthly is between Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000.

MIG flats can be applied if monthly income is between Rs 50000 to Rs 75000.

HIG flats can be applied if monthly income is above Rs 75,000.

PAN Card mandatory.
